Welcome to True Hunibunz!

So, I've created this blog for all of my sister friends who are in the process of rediscovering themselves- spiritually, physically and/or emotionally.

I've always believed in the power of sisterhood, and have some really great "sisters in spirit" to prove it. Over the last few months, I've realized that many of my close friends have decided to take control of their lives and their happiness.

Personally, I'm about to make a drastic change in my life- and for the first time ever, I'm not scared. Excited maybe... but not scared. I don't know... I guess I believe that God spoke this into my life some years ago. I just had to go through a period of emotional and spiritual healing to get to this place.

So here I am... pleasantly happy with a healthy spirit and being. My goal with this blog is to create a place where ladies can communicate and provide insight and encouragement for one another. Like I always say- we're born girls, we grow up to be women, but it takes hard work and dedication to be a lady!

Get ready... the world has no idea how we're coming at it! We're the T.R.U.E. Hunibunz ladies- TASTEFULLY REFINED... UNIQUELY EXQUISITE.

So let the world question us; let them ask us who we are and what we do. I'm sure we can answer them with strength and poise. Let the haters hate and use their negativity to motivate. Let imitators try to "do" us- they can't. Don't let the ways of the world define us... let them refine us. Because at the end of the day, we're all unique, and beautifully blessed; and no matter how much people try to figure out why we walk with our heads held high, have a little extra sway in our strut, or just simply take the time to love and pamper ourselves, they'll never figure us out.

Besides, as True Honibunz, we already know...

it ain't what we do- it's how we do it!

Peace, love & abundantly sweet blessings!

Wendy

  1. You know I’m loving this blog! And sis, although I say it quite often....I'm really proud of you for making the decision to just simply...do you! You are truly an inspiration.

Through your journey maybe I will get over my fear of surgery. If nothing else your decision to go become a "lapster" as lit a fire under me to REALLY give my all to become a healthier individual. We ARE going to take that trip to Italy and I be damned if you go and I'm stuck not having enough shopping money because I had to buy 2 seats!!! LOL!!!

Until next time...peace, luv and True Hunibunz for life!
